About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to design, maintain, and improve IT infrastructure across servers, networks, and cloud environments. In this role, you will ensure the reliability, security, and performance of critical systems while supporting business operations and technical teams.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in infrastructure management, system administration, and troubleshooting complex IT environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure systems
- Manage and support Windows and Linux server environments
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of services
- Support virtualization platforms and cloud infrastructure
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and system issues
- Implement system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities
- Support backup, disaster recovery, and system resilience strategies
- Document infrastructure architecture and operational procedures
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, system engineering, or similar roles
- Strong experience with Windows Server and Active Directory
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Experience with infrastructure monitoring and troubleshooting tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with PowerShell, Bash, or other scripting tools
- Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery solutions
Certifications (Preferred)
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified, VMware Certified Professional (VCP), AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or equivalent
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
