Senior Insight Analyst

This role exists to ensure that the data we sell, deliver, and support is credible, fit for purpose, and genuinely driving value for our clients.

We are looking for a Senior Insight Analyst – Commercial Enablement & Data Assurance to sit within the Client Operations team, working closely with Account Managers and New Business teams. The role supports up-front commercial conversations and then stays engaged through delivery to ensure clients are achieving ROI from RealityMine data.

This role complements our existing Product Analytics and Marketing Analytics functions. It does not focus on standard reporting or outreach analytics. Instead, it owns data confidence, feasibility, and ongoing value realisation.

The Role:

This is a senior individual contributor role with high commercial and operational visibility. You will work across Client Operations, Account Management, New Business, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure:

·       Commercial commitments are grounded in what the data can genuinely support

·       Data issues are correctly identified, prioritised, and resolved

·       Delivered data continues to meet client needs and drive ROI

Our offices are in Trafford Park, Manchester and the role consists of hybrid working, where we ask for our team to be in the office for collaboration and team building for a minimum of 2 days per week. The rest of the week is up to you; deep focus at home, or more of the same!

Key Responsibilities:

Commercial Enablement & Client Value

·       Partner with Account Managers and New Business teams to validate data capability during pre-sales and early delivery conversations.

·       Ask informed questions around data ingestion, coverage, structure, and limitations to reduce downstream risk.

·       Support existing client projects by analysing how RealityMine data is being used and whether it is delivering measurable ROI.

·       Identify opportunities where clients could extract more value from the data and support Account Managers with evidence-based recommendations.

·       Support pitches, renewals, and upsell conversations with confidence-checked analysis, grounded in what the data genuinely shows.

·       Act as a trusted point of reference on what the data does — and does not — support.

Data Issue Triage & Delivery Assurance

·       Own the initial review of Jira Service Desk tickets relating to data drops, anomalies, and client-reported issues.

·       Validate whether reported issues represent genuine data problems, configuration misunderstandings, or isolated edge cases.

·       Assess scope and severity, including whether issues indicate wider platform or client impact.

·       Work closely with Engineering teams, who own investigation and resolution, providing clear analytical context to support fixes.

·       Act as a post-resolution validation checkpoint, analysing data to confirm issues are fully resolved.

·       Act as a post-deploy validation checkpoint, ensuring new functionality is collecting the correct level, structure, and quality of data.

Cross-Functional Partnership

• Work day-to-day with Client Operations to support accurate client communication and expectation management.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to provide data-led input during releases and investigations.

·       Help improve internal ways of working around data validation, assurance, and commercial confidence.

·      Adhere to Company Policies and Procedures with respect to Security, Privacy, Quality and Health & Safety.

About You:

Here’s  what we’re looking for:

Someone who brings senior judgement, commercial awareness, and confidence working closely with production data.

You will likely bring:

• Strong experience as a Senior Insight Analyst, BI Analyst, or Analytics Specialist.
• Excellent SQL skills for querying, validating, and interrogating large datasets.
• Experience supporting client or commercial conversations with data.
• Confidence navigating ambiguity and translating data complexity into clear guidance.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Jira or service desk workflows.
• Familiarity with AWS data services and BI tools such as QuickSight.
• Exposure to behavioural, event-level, or digital analytics data.
