Principle Accountabilities

  • Deliver high-quality audit work, including planning, scoping, and developing testing programmes in line with professional standards.
  • Lead and coordinate audits, providing guidance and coaching to team members while ensuring effective collaboration across the audit team.
  • Identify root causes of issues and propose practical, value-adding recommendations to strengthen risk management and controls.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, challenging the business where necessary to ensure risks are appropriately managed.
  • Support departmental initiatives, including contributing to audit planning, continuous improvement projects, and team development activities.
  • Assist Audit Managers and Senior Audit Managers with operational priorities, such as maintaining audit modules and delivering the annual audit plan.


  • Skills and Experience Required

    • Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience, ideally with a recognised qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIA) or currently studying towards one.
    • Minimum of two years’ experience in audit, governance, or finance, with strong commercial awareness.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to build effective relationships at all levels across a global business.
    • Self-motivated, capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
    • Willingness to travel internationally for up to 30% of the time, typically for periods of two to three weeks.
    • Additional desirable skills include experience with data analytics tools such as Power BI, auditing projects/programmes, and previous FMCG sector experience.
