Would you like to join one of the world’s most prestigious law firms?
We are offering a fantastic opportunity for an experienced solicitor to join our Corporate Knowledge team. The Corporate and M&A practice is at the heart of our firm, and our reputation for providing our clients with high-quality, trusted support is unrivalled.
The Corporate practice advises on a broad spectrum of matters, leading on some of the most significant public and private transactions in the market. We also provide comprehensive corporate and governance advice, addressing the critical issues that modern corporates face.

The role will involve working closely with Corporate and M&A partners and fee earners at all levels of seniority, as well as our central business services teams.

Roles in our Knowledge team suit lawyers who are flexible, collaborative, self-sufficient and proactive, with the confidence and ability to operate independently and prioritise multiple demands on their time (albeit with appropriate support). Key attributes include curiosity and the ambition to become an expert practitioner, with the ability to build and influence both internal and external networks.
Key responsibilities are set out below but there may be others which are not listed. You may be required to work outside our normal working hours of 9:30am to 5:30pm.
