You will:
- Proactively manage and progress a caseload of Right to Buy matters with minimal supervision
About You
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Significant and recent in-depth experience (minimum 4 years) handling Right to Buy transactions
- Thorough knowledge of English land law and conveyancing procedures
- A sound understanding of the Right to Buy scheme and Part V of the Housing Act 1985
- Demonstrable experience of working within a legal environment
- The ability to manage competing deadlines and time-pressured projects
- Strong organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail
