We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our lettings team within our Infrastructures division.
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing a ‘Let Only’ service to our Asset Managers across a large and varied portfolio. The role will involve effectively marketing properties to let, registering and maintaining regular contact with applicants, negotiating terms, completing referencing checks, producing tenancy documentation, setting rent levels / advising on marketing strategies, assisting with client-facing responsibilities, proactivity towards office targets, and coaching / mentoring junior team members.

What does it take to be successful?
Ideally you will be ARLA qualified with extensive experience working within a similar role in the residential lettings market with experience of establishing rent levels and property marketing strategies. Previous experience of using Reapit or a similar operating system is essential along with carrying out valuations and working to tight deadlines.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle difficult conversations in a professional manner is a must combined with excellent attention to detail when producing / reviewing tenancy documentations.
A full UK drivers licence is required
