About The Role
The purpose of the role is – CWA Senior Logistics Manager – Facilities and Welfare
The Senior Logistics Manager for Facilities and Welfare is responsible for leading and delivering high quality
accommodation and welfare services across all CWA sites, including the management of on and offsite
buildings, desks, lockers, canteens, and other facility assets. This includes all parking and cycle storage
requirements are considered.
The role ensures Logistics priorities are translated into effective operational plans that support workforce
needs and service performance. It also oversees planning, documentation, forecasting, and resource
requirements for Delivery Teams.
The Senior Logistics Manager leads the development and continuous improvement of facility and welfare
management systems, ensuring compliance and producing regular reporting and KPIs.
The role will also manage and coordinate logistics for the CWA and function as a point of contact for the
Client on all matters relating to logistics by the CWA.
