Senior Manager - AI/ML - Role & Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional engineering teams to design and deliver data-intensive platforms and AI-driven solutions aligned with strategic business objectives.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery across the data and AI lifecycle for Balance Sheet Management, from data ingestion and modelling to ML deployment and monitoring.
- Manage AIPX delivery by building robust data pipelines and high-quality data products that meet architectural, performance, and business consumption standards.
- Provide technical leadership across data architecture, cloud engineering, and AI/ML, ensuring scalable, secure, and well-governed solutions.
- Collaborate with product, data, and business stakeholders to prioritise delivery, manage risks, enforce engineering best practices, and drive innovation through emerging AI technologies.
Senior Manager - AI/ML - Required Experience
- Proven ability to lead fast-paced engineering teams closely aligned with business stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of AI techniques, tools, and platforms, with proven experience applying them to deliver business value.
- Deep understanding of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs), including selecting the right models for specific use cases.
- Experience delivering and supporting production solutions in highly regulated environments.
- Familiarity with agentic workflows, orchestration patterns, spec-driven development, automated SDLC practices, and large-scale enterprise application development.
