As our Senior Manager, Executive Recruitment, you will shape and deliver end to end executive hiring across EMEA and APAC, supported by a sourcing resource you will line manage, while personally driving the search process at the most senior levels.
What will you be doing?
You will become a trusted partner to HR Business Partners and senior leaders across EMEA and APAC, acting as their advisor and subject matter expert on senior leadership hiring. This role is hands-on, where you will lead and deliver full lifecycle recruitment for Director and Senior Director roles, from taking a detailed brief to mapping the market, building long-term talent pipelines, managing the search process, providing insights and presenting high quality shortlists.
While you will manage a sourcer to support pipeline and research activity, you will personally drive executive level searches, engaging with candidates directly and providing guidance throughout the process to ensure a smooth, transparent and engaging experience. You will work closely with colleagues across Reward, Legal and Global Mobility to align complex hiring requirements and ensure every appointment is well executed.
