The Role
You will focus on understanding marketing performance across all digital channels and helping the business optimise acquisition, retention, and churn reduction.
Key responsibilities include:
• Designing, running, and analysing A/B tests to validate marketing effectiveness and customer behaviour.
• Conducting deep dive analysis to identify which channels drive the highest value customers and why.
• Partnering with marketing, product, and trading teams to translate insight into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Building dashboards and reporting that make performance easy to track and optimise.
• Working hands on with data to uncover trends, test ideas, and support fast paced decision making.
Your Skills and Experience
• Strong commercial experience using SQL, Python, and BI tools
• Skilled in experimentation design, A/B testing, and marketing performance analysis.
• Comfortable working directly with senior stakeholders and explaining complex concepts clearly.
• Hands-on, curious, and proactive in environments with pace, ambiguity, and ongoing change.
• Customer-focused mindset with an interest in understanding behaviour, value, and lifecycle performance.
