Description

What’s up? We’re VaynerMedia EMEA.

We’re the regional arm of a global creative and media company obsessed with driving relevance for brands and shaping culture every single day. From Amsterdam to London, our teams are scrappy, social-first, and deeply connected to the pulse of the internet. We move fast. We experiment. We learn. We build. We care. That’s the Vayner way.

The Pitch

We’re looking for a Senior Manager, MarComms to help bring the VaynerMedia EMEA brand to life. Think: a social-native marketer who eats trends for breakfast (with tea, of course), thrives in a startup-paced environment, and is fired up about shaping our presence across the region.

This role sits at the intersection of social, comms, and events. One day you’re shooting a behind-the-scenes TikTok on your phone; the next you’re planning a C-suite roundtable or coordinating an industry moment that gets people talking. You’ll be in the London HQ, but your influence will stretch across the region and into our global teams.

If you love building brand fame, creating content that actually lands, and being at the beating heart of culture and advertising, you’ll feel right at home with us.

What You’ll Own

• All marketing and communications for VaynerMedia EMEA, from social storytelling to regional brand building to supporting local top of funnel new business

• Creating consistently excellent organic content for our owned channels (LI, IG, TT)

• Planning and executing periodic events for clients, prospects, partners, and industry

• Managing relationships with key publishers and overseeing award submissions

• Working closely with local market teams and North America HQ to keep our narratives tight and our execution best-in-class

You, in a nutshell

You’re fearless, resourceful, and obsessed with social media. You know how to create momentum inside an organization and out in the industry. You have taste. You have initiative. And you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves to make stuff happen.

Must-Haves

• 4 years of experience in marketing, comms, or a related role

• Ability to operate as a single contributor, with support from Growth lead, Global marketing teams, and local creative teams.

• Ability to shoot, edit, and package excellent content from your phone

• Sharp copywriting skills across short and long form (from captions to press releases)

• Comfortable planning or running executive-level events

• Fearlessness - thrives with speed, ambiguity, and experimentation

Nice-to-Haves

• Strong understanding of the marketing/advertising landscape

• A solid local network across brands, publishers, platforms, and Influencers

• Experience in PR or managing relationships with industry publications

• Background in advertising (agency, publisher, platform, production)

If you’re excited by the idea of building something modern, meaningful, and culture-forward in EMEA, this is your seat at the table. Let’s get to work!

  • What you SHOULD KNOW about VaynerMedia

Think “lab” and not “agency”. We get excited about solving business problems, not creating advertising for the sake of making advertising. Our entrepreneurship DNA runs deep. We’re willing to break rules, try new things, and test hypotheses if it means better understanding our craft. It’s fun!

We believe 100% that brands can be built on digital platforms and part of our model is built bottom up, flipping the traditional advertising model and process on its head. We don’t play to agency/industry norms and our culture and energy reflects that.

Our environment (and pace) feels much more like a start-up than most agencies you might be used to. Hopefully that, and the opportunity to collaborate with the talented and enthusiastic crew, work with big brands excites you, as it does us. We can’t wait to meet you.
