This is a great opportunity to join our Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team (CRHTT) as a Senior Mental Health Nurse.

£38,682 - £46,580 per annum band 6, full time 37.5 hours per week.

Our CRHTT is part of the Crisis Care Centre, at Harplands Hospital, Stoke-on-Trent which has been designed to the highest level of specification. This modern purpose designed unit is the central point for all those in need of a Crisis Assessment/Intervention.

To carry out mental health assessments including risk to service users that are having first contact with Mental Health services that are at the point of crisis / or suffering a deterioration and decline in their mental illness.

As a band 6 nurse you will be expected to take the lead in decisions and supervision and guide more junior staff. The role will include you acting as a duty lead and organising work and prioritising work to other team members.

You will be seeing services users that are referred to services either in the unit or at home to assess for mental health need
s. You will work closely with the service user to provide them with the right pathway for them to follow.
