About The Role
As a Senior Network Engineer, you will lead the design, architecture, and strategic direction of client network infrastructures. This role combines advancedhands-onengineering with ownership of highimpact projects, technical leadership, and acting as the senior escalation point for complex networkissues. You will work acrossrouting, switching, firewalls, security, and network monitoring, supporting both remote and onsite client environments. You will collaborate closely with Service Delivery, Professional Services, and the wider technical teams tomaintain, enhance, and evolve our clients networks.
Responsibilities
Proven background supporting and designingCisco basednetworks.Experience acting as senior escalation for complex network issues.Strongcustomer facingcommunication and experience working both remotely and onsite.

- CCNA Required
- CCNP Required
- CCIE - Preferred
- Additionalvendor certifications (Cisco, Meraki, Palo Alto, Fortinet, etc.) areadvantageous.

You will be a proactive, reliable, and highly skilled Senior Network Engineer with a strong commitment to technical excellence, operational maturity, and outstanding customer service. You take ownership of problems, communicate clearly, and apply a continuous-improvement mindset. You act as a role model within the Network Team, providing leadership, guidance, and structure to support high-quality service delivery.
You willdemonstratestrong technical depth, holding certifications such asCCNA (required)andCCNP (expected for senior level), with progression towardCCIEor equivalent expert credentials.Additionalvendor certifications acrossCisco, Meraki, Palo Alto, Fortinet, or cloud networking (Azure/AWS) are highlyadvantageous, reflecting your commitment to staying current in a rapidly evolving industry.
