We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Planned Care Nurse to join our Primary Care Team at HMP Altcourse, a category B prison located in the Fazakerley area of Liverpool. This is a very busy remand prison with a high turnover of patients. Within this role, you’ll be an integral part of the healthcare team. Within this role, you will work within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver a nurse led service and prevent hospital admissions.

Hours

We operate a 7 days a week Service. You will be expected to work approximately 1 in 3 weekends and some nights.

Shift Times

7am - 8pm

8am - 9pm

9am - 10pm

7.45pm - 7.15am

Salary

This position is full time, you’ll receive an annual salary from £43,609 to £49,175 per annum - depending on experience.
