About The Role
As a Senior Nurse - Professional Practice with Exemplar Health Care, you’ll provide authoritative leadership for professional nursing practice, ensuring alignment with the NMC Code and best practice standards.
No two days will ever be the same, but your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

No two days will ever be the same, but your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- designing and assuring professional development pathways that strengthen capability, retention and succession
- overseeing high quality student placement governance and learner experience, working in partnership with Higher Education Institutions
- championing pastoral support for students, newly appointed nurses and developing practitioners
- supporting the design and evaluation of new and extended nursing roles, underpinned by clear governance and measurable impact
- contributing to organisational learning from incidents, audits and reviews where professional practice is a factor.
Above all, you’re someone who identifies with our values of fun, integrity, responsiveness, success and teamwork.
