JOB TITLE: Senior Officer: Health & Wellbeing
DEPARTMENT: Chelsea Foundation
LOCATION: Stamford Bridge, London
CONTRACT: Permanent, Full time 35 hours per week, 5 of 7 days (including evenings, weekends and anti-social hours when needed).
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: To lead and develop the working relationships with local NHS trusts aligned with the Foundation strategy. To be the central point of contact for Chelsea FC Foundation for NHS project Managers and deliver targeted programmes to reduce healthcare inequalities.
