Our dedicated team is responsible for diagnosing faults, repairing, and servicing Dyson products across our diverse portfolio, which includes Floorcare, Haircare, and Environment Care.

About The Role
Join our dynamic team as a Senior Operative where your main responsibilities will revolve around ensuring Dyson products returned by UK customers are diagnosed, repaired, and serviced to the highest quality service level set by Dyson. You'll be an integral part of our commitment to excellence.
Your expertise will be put to use as you repair and rebuild returned or customer machines following the defined Dyson policies and procedures. You'll have the opportunity to showcase your skills in refurbishing products to meet Dyson's exacting quality standards. You’ll assist in loading and offloading vehicles, unboxing and re-boxing Dyson products and parts, and managing

You Will
- Diagnose, Repair and service Dyson products returned by UK customers according to the Dyson quality service level
- Repair / Rebuild the returned / customer machine as per the defined Dyson policy and procedures.
We are seeking a motivated individual with experience in a warehouse environment, possessing basic computer literacy (Word/Excel), and good communication skills in English. You need to be adept at following instructions and diagrams for fault diagnosis and repairs, have strong problem-solving abilities, and have a dedication to customer satisfaction and quality.
You will have a positive attitude, be self-motivated, and exhibit ambition, with a passion for our brand and a drive for achieving results and goals. Experience with different IT systems and an understanding of electrical and mechanical principles are valuable assets. Attention to detail, a proactive approach to seizing opportunities, along with the ability to act with flexibility and initiative, will stand you in good stead.

- Up to date Counterbalance License
- Experience of using different IT systems
- Electrical and mechanical understanding
- Experience as Technician in a service/technical or manufacturing environment
