What you will be doing?
- Providing specialist assessment, diagnosis and therapy for children with varied and complex developmental needs
- Using evidence‑based practice to create child‑centred intervention plans that support meaningful progress in home, educational and community settings
- Diploma/Degree in Occupational Therapy
- HCPC registration
- Post‑graduate training or equivalent experience in:
- Child development
- Autism, ADHD or neurodevelopmental conditions
- Specialist paediatric approaches
- Solid experience working with children in paediatric practice
- Membership of a paediatric or AHP Special Interest Group
- Clinical Educator qualification
- Experience in a community paediatric therapy service
- Experience working within the NHS
