We are seeking an experienced and high-impact Senior People Partner to support our UK team as part of our Global People Partnering function.
The role, what you'll do as Senior People Partner:
As our Senior People Partner, you'll be a trusted advisor to UK leaders in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, supporting managers across the full employee lifecycle while ensuring we stay compliant, pragmatic, and people-first.
You'll play a key role in shaping a high-performing, inclusive culture, embedding global initiatives locally and helping leaders make confident, effective people decisions. 💪

As our Senior People Partner, you'll be a trusted advisor to UK leaders in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, supporting managers across the full employee lifecycle while ensuring we stay compliant, pragmatic, and people-first.
You'll play a key role in shaping a high-performing, inclusive culture, embedding global initiatives locally and helping leaders make confident, effective people decisions. 💪
- Partner with UK leaders to drive smart, business-aligned people decisions
You thrive in a scale-up environment where things move quickly and no two days are the same. You are confident, solutions-focused, and comfortable balancing people's empathy with commercial awareness.
- 6-10 years' experience as a People Partner / HRBP in the UK
- Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation
- Experience handling employee relations independently
- Comfortable influencing and advising stakeholders at all levels
- Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Experience with HRIS platforms (HiBob preferred)
