- To create, produce and analyse reports for internal customers across the business.
- To provide support to both the Regulatory Contract Manager and to the Performance Analysts through technical support and maintaining the current suite of reports.
- Manage a team of performance analysts
What You Will Be Doing:
- Lead and develop a team of performance analysts, providing direction, support, and acting as a focal point for the team.
- Produce accurate, high‑level daily, weekly and monthly reports, scorecards and dashboards, including data preparation, process documentation and regulatory reporting support.
- Build and maintain complex reports and data workflows, ensuring alignment with customer and operational reporting needs and meeting tight deadlines.
- Engage and manage stakeholders at all levels, including directors and senior leaders, presenting insights at performance board meetings and representing the Planning & Performance team when required.
- Analyse data to identify trends, recommend performance improvements, proactively challenge current practices, and collaborate with other teams to source information for management reporting.
- Proven experience building scorecards and dashboards, with strong operational knowledge, regulatory understanding and the ability to make informed decisions.
- Advanced user of corporate systems and Microsoft Office, with strong skills in Excel and Power BI (preferred).
