The Role

As a Senior Performance Marketing Manager at Bob W, you’ll own and scale our global performance marketing engine. This is a high-impact role where strategy meets execution: you’ll drive growth across key paid channels, turn complex data into clear decisions, and position performance marketing as a core growth driver for the business. With strong autonomy and senior-level ownership, you’ll shape how Bob W acquires demand, allocates budget, and measures success across markets.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to lead performance marketing end-to-end, connecting data, strategy, and execution to meaningfully shape the future of Bob W.

In this role, you will:

• Plan, execute, and optimise performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and search channels.
• Own paid media performance end-to-end, managing budgets to maximise ROI and ROAS.
• Use analytics tools (Excel, GA4, Optimyzr, and others) to track performance, revenue, and attribution.
• Turn data into clear insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Adapt strategies to different markets, audiences, and demand patterns.

• Has strong hands-on experience across paid social, search, and performance channels.
• Is highly analytical and confident working with Excel and other data platforms to guide decisions and prove impact.
• Combines strategic thinking with practical, results-focused execution.
• Has proven experience managing budgets and driving efficient growth while maximising ROI.
• Works autonomously, proactively identifying opportunities and solving problems.
• Communicates clearly with stakeholders at all levels, adapting messages to different audiences.
• Stays curious, adaptable, and up to date with digital marketing trends.
• Is results-driven, accountable, and motivated by measurable impact.
• Is fluent in English, with German fluency highly desirable.
