Senior Physiotherapist (Intermediate Care)

6 Fixed term Contract or Secondment.

We are currently looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic part time (20 hours per week) Senior Physiotherapist to join our Intermediate Care Team in the South on a six month secondment. Base will be Princess of Wales Hospital, Ely (working as part of the discharge to assess pathway)

The role will be providing clinical therapy support to the expanding service based in Cambridgeshire and Ely, supporting patients across the South locality.

The post holder will be responsible for ensuring that patients get the best care possible in their own homes, maximising patients potential in the initial phases upon discharge from hospital in our short stay service.

Successful applicants will be expected to assist in the development of the integrated care workers to support the clinical delivery of the service and proactively work alongside the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure patient flow and safety.
