Senior Principal – Local Public Services

London (Hybrid) | Korn Ferry UK & Ireland

Korn Ferry works with public-sector leaders to design organisations, workforces, and leadership approaches that deliver better outcomes for citizens. As demand for our Local Public Services (LPS) expertise continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Senior Principal to join our UK&I Consulting team.

This is a senior, delivery-led role for a leader who enjoys working at C-suite level, leading complex programmes, and developing high-performing consulting teams within a public-sector context.

What you’ll do

Act as a trusted advisor to senior public-sector leaders, including Chief Executives and Directors
Lead complex Local Public Services engagements and workstreams
Provide senior oversight and assurance across multi-disciplinary programmes
Coach and develop Principals, Associate Principals, and Consultants
Contribute to the growth and reputation of Korn Ferry’s LPS practice

What we’re looking for

Significant experience delivering complex public-sector consulting or transformation work
Strong credibility with senior leaders in local government or wider public services
Proven programme leadership and judgement in complex environments
A collaborative, inclusive leadership style
Exposure to Work & Career Architecture, career frameworks, or workforce design is beneficial, but not essential
