Purpose and contribution to company strategy

We’re looking for a strategic and execution-oriented Senior Product Manager (SPD) to lead the discovery, development, and go-to-market strategy of innovative products that reinforce our leadership in the HR and employer branding space. This role is central to our growth journey and will be responsible for identifying opportunities, shaping new product concepts, and bringing them to market.


Key responsibilities

1. Product Strategy & Discovery

  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of new product development – from ideation to market launch.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify unmet needs.
  • Translate strategic priorities into product opportunities with clear business cases.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align product vision with company goals.


2. Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Work closely with design, engineering, marketing, sales, and client success to ensure timely and impactful product delivery.
  • Act as the voice of the customer throughout the development process.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in Agile rituals and product planning processes.


3. Product Design & Development

  • Create and validate prototypes, MVPs, and go-to-market pilots.
  • Define detailed product requirements, user stories, and success metrics.
  • Balance user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility.


4. Commercialization & Growth

  • Partner with marketing and sales to define pricing, positioning, and launch strategies.
  • Drive post-launch product optimization using feedback and data.
  • Track adoption, engagement, and ROI, iterating rapidly to improve performance.

Qualification Criteria

  • 3-5 years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in new product development.
  • Proven track record of bringing new B2B digital products to market.
  • Familiarity with HRTech, SaaS, or certification platforms is a strong plus.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities.
  • Experience with Agile product development and tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro.
