As a Senior Project Engineer in Subsea, you’ll be empowered to grow your own capabilities while enabling others to do the same.
Experience from working on CSV back deck and being able to be skilled at tooling timing. Enabling strong communication and acumen to play a central role in shaping the quality and consistency of our Engineering delivery - mentoring Project Engineers, refining standard practices, and driving improvements across the subsea value chain.
Key Responsibilities Every employee plays a vital role in ensuring HSEQ excellence both onshore and offshore - helping everyone safely. In addition to this, job-specific responsibilities include:
- Write method statements, task plans, procedures, and other documentation as required by the work scope, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with project standards
- Support and mentor Project Engineers, providing guidance on both professional development and work scope-related challenges to build capability and confidence across the team
Key Qualifications
- BSc or higher degree within Subsea/Mechanical/Marine/Naval Engineering or an equivalent combination of extensive relevant experience and/or education/training
- Experience from working on CSV back deck and being able to be skilled at tooling timing.
Skills Proven technical skills, analytical thinking, problem solving, mentoring, collaboration, growth mindset, clear communication, and presentation.
Experience And Knowledge Specific knowledge of engineering & HSE standards and legislation, demonstrated knowledge of offshore operations and subsea engineering. Demonstrated decommissioning experience is an advantage. Knowledge within ROV related subsea projects is beneficial.
