About Your Role
The Senior Project Manager roles will partner with senior stakeholders across ISS, leading the delivery of a variety of exciting and complex technology and change initiatives across the Fidelity organisation. Essential skills include:
- manage, motivate and influence project teams and project sponsors throughout the project lifecycle
- demonstrate a good understanding of project delivery methodologies, including agile
- understand system architecture, software development workflows and infrastructure concepts
- ensure projects follow good governance practice and adhere to the FIL Enterprise Change Framework
- identify and manage project risks, issues and dependencies, with timely escalation where appropriate
- strong collaboration skills, with the ability to bring people together to work as a team
- strong communication skills including presentations, written reports and verbal communication
- communicate the status of projects clearly to clients, management, and other stakeholders
- a good understanding of Fidelity’s products and services
In a senior leadership position, your engagement with the project teams and business stakeholders is a pivotal part of the role, as is your ability to motivate and support team members, as well as communicate effectively.

About You
With a solid background in the implementation of complex technology and change projects, along with a background in successful leadership, particularly in a project matrix environment, you are the person we need. You:
- comfortable managing the end-to-end delivery of technical projects from initiation to closure
- translate technical issues into business impacts and vice versa
- support technical teams in evaluating solutions, dependencies, and constraints
- good understanding of agile project management frameworks and practices
- coordinate with cross‑functional engineering, operations, and business teams
- comfortable serving as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders
- experience removing blockers to create an environment for successful delivery
- proven track-record delivering complex change
- previous vendor management oversight experience
