About The Job
We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team in Stafford.
In this role, you'll lead the successful delivery of complex technical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, business analysts, sales, and other key stakeholders to align project goals and drive delivery excellence.
You’ll have ownership of the full project lifecycle, from initial client engagement through to final delivery, providing leadership, structure, and clear direction at every stage.
This is a key role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys leading teams, and is passionate about delivering impactful solutions that meet both client and business objectives.
Salary: Up to £75,000 depending upon skills and experience.

You Will
Skills And Abilities
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Ability to estimate, plan and manage complex activities and projects.
- Ability to estimate time and costs for complex or novel proposals based on experience and norms.
- Ability to lead complex bids and sales campaigns.
Company Pre-Requisites
To be considered for this role you will be required to:
- Pass DBS and BPSS check.
- Have a minimum of 2-1 degree in a relevant subject.
- Be a UK National (no dual passports).
- Have lived in the UK for the last 5 years.
- Have no spent or current criminal convictions.
- Be prepared to work in the Nuclear defence sector.
- Experience in regulated industry (preferred).
