We’re looking for someone with solid experience in a construction consultancy environment, confidence in client delivery, and the ambition to grow their career. You’ll be working at the forefront of high-profile projects across a range of sectors, including:
What is like to work in this office?
You’ll be joining a close-knit, supportive team of Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors who work collaboratively to deliver high-quality outcomes for our clients. Working closely with our Winchester Project Management Partner and wider team, you’ll gain hands-on experience across all stages of project delivery, building confidence and capability as you take on increasing responsibility.
You’ll be exposed to a varied and engaging portfolio spanning healthcare, higher education, commercial developments and complex refurbishment schemes. With live projects typically ranging from £5m to £50m, you’ll have the opportunity to support both substantial new-build developments and technically challenging refurbishments.
We’re committed to helping you progress, and you’ll benefit from structured development through our Futures initiative, designed to support your growth and help you build the skills needed to advance your project management career. With a strong pipeline of secured work and long-standing client relationships, the Winchester office offers stability, variety and a clear pathway for professional development.
