Description
- Oversee and manage quality control processes across engineering and manufacturing projects.
- Review and overhaul current quality documentation (procedures, work instructions, forms, ITPs, quality plans, checklists, and records)
- Deploy practical QC gates from incoming inspection through assembly, stripdown, repair, assembly, test, and final release.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement solutions.
Profile
A successful Senior Quality Engineer should have:
- A strong background in quality engineering within the industrial manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience in quality control, audits, and process improvement.
- Solid knowledge of relevant industry standards and compliance requirements including ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- A results-driven approach with attention to detail.
