Job Title: Infrastructure Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor

Salary: Up to £80,000 + Package
The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading consultancy based in London, working on some of the UK’s most high-profile infrastructure projects. This is a fantastic chance to be part of a dynamic and growing team delivering major programmes across multiple sectors including Aviation, Power, Transport.
The Role
You will play a key role in delivering commercial and cost management services across a diverse portfolio of large-scale infrastructure projects, including Aviation, Power & Utilities (onshore and offshore), and Transportation. The business offers a unique non-sectorised structure, providing the opportunity to gain exposure across a variety of industries rather than being limited to one specialism.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver cost management and commercial support across major infrastructure projects
- Administer and manage NEC contracts effectively
- Prepare cost plans, estimates, and tender documentation
- Manage project budgets, forecasting, and reporting
- Conduct valuations, variations, and final accounts
- Work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
- Support risk management and value engineering initiatives
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor within infrastructure projects
- Strong working knowledge and experience of NEC contracts (essential)
- MRICS qualified (or working towards)
- Excellent commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work across multiple sectors and adapt to different project environments
