A well-established and growing construction consultancy is looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced QS who enjoys managing projects end-to-end, working closely with clients, and operating within a collaborative SME environment.
You will take ownership of projects from inception through to completion, delivering full cost management services across a range of fast-paced fit-out and refurbishment projects typically valued between £100K – £5M, including refurbishments, extensions, alterations and multi-site roll-out programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver full cost management services across multiple projects
- Administer JCT contracts
- Manage projects from inception to completion
- Attend and lead client, contractor and design team meetings
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
About You
- 7+ years’ Quantity Surveying experience
- Strong experience in fit-out and fast-track projects
- Proven ability to run projects independently
- Excellent client-facing and commercial skills
- Ability to work from a Romford office with UK site travel
Desirable: MRICS or working towards chartership.
