What We're Looking For
Omnea is scaling fast after raising it's Series B in September 2025 -- and hiring is one of the most important levers we have. We're looking for a
Senior Talent Lead to take end-to-end ownership of roles for one of our hiring managers, owning the whole process from sourcing to close.
You’ll partner directly with one of our senior stakeholders, depending on which Hiring Manager you're paired with. This will be one of our Chief Commercial Officer (Abs), VP Customer (Rebe), Head of Product (Rob) or our Engineering Leads. In the interim, you'll dotted-line report into both our CFO (Sabrina) and your primary Hiring Manager partner, but you will report directly to our Talent Leader once they're hired.
You'll work to define and execute a high-quality hiring engine for your area of excellence. You’ll drive everything from sourcing and outreach, to process design, to candidate closing. You’ll help us recruit top-tier talent and position Omnea as one of the best places to build a career.
We are building a very different type of talent function, focussed on quality & care rather than volume & speed. This role is for someone who wants to be embedded with senior leaders, have real ownership, and help shape the foundations of Omnea’s team as we continue to scale!
