We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant or Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This is a remote role, with occasional travel to the office in Wilmslow. You’ll have the autonomy to run your desk your way, backed by a supportive leadership team, a strong brand, and a great commission scheme that properly rewards performance.
What You’ll Be Doing…
- Managing the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, from briefing through to placement
- Building and nurturing long-term client relationships
- Sourcing, engaging and advising high-quality candidates within your specialism
What We’re Looking For…
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant
- Background in Marketing, Digital, Creative or Tech recruitment preferred
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- A consultative, quality-driven approach to recruitment
- Someone who thrives with autonomy but enjoys being part of a team
- Motivated, commercially aware and genuinely passionate about recruitment
