Description

Investigo is part of The IN Group, a business that started 22 years ago and has grown into a highly respected brand with 20 specialist areas. We’re now hiring an experienced 360 recruiter with proven business development skills to join our interim public sector team. We’re particularly keen to meet people who have recruited HR or qualified Finance professionals within the Non‑profit, Charity, or Higher Education sectors.

This is a great opportunity to work closely with one of our top-performing consultants globally and to build on strong, established client relationships. You’ll be joining a high‑performing company that genuinely invests in your growth, development, and long-term career. If you’re an experienced recruiter looking for a step up, this could be the ideal next move.

Who we’re looking for:

This role suits someone with a background in interim or contract recruitment within the public sector. Culture plays a big part in who we hire, so we look for people who bring:

  • Clear, confident communication with both clients and candidates
  • Around two years (or more) of recruitment experience, including business development
  • Ambition and drive to achieve and progress
  • A growth mindset—open to feedback, eager to learn from experienced colleagues
  • A desire to be part of a high‑performing, values‑led agency
  • The ability to learn quickly and spot opportunities to improve how we work

What’s on offer:

We know everyone has different priorities inside and outside of work, and we want people to feel empowered to do their best. Our benefits include:

  • A market‑leading commission structure of up to 42.5% based on performance
  • Two high‑performer trips each year, including a ski trip
  • Regular super clubs and lunch clubs for high achievers
  • A generous referral scheme
  • Hybrid working with three days in the office
  • A 4.5‑day working week so you can start your weekend earlier
  • Access to Peloton bikes and reformer Pilates beds in the office
  • A wide range of wellbeing benefits including private health insurance, eye tests, discounted gym memberships, and mental health support
  • Enhanced support for working parents, including flexible working, maternity/paternity leave, IVF and adoption support
  • Ongoing learning and development through Lunch & Learns, coaching, and continuous upskilling

  • Get in touch today to discuss!
