As Senior Sales Advisor – Proposals, you will be an integral part of the bid preparation process for SP&S, bringing knowledge from the early engagement phase and working closely together with proposal coordinators to support ALL bid submission requirements and deadlines for the allocated region. Take ownership and accountability for critical Commercial aspects of bid, including risk and opportunity management, key commercial terms, achieving required toll gates and ensuring timely bid submission.
Primary Responsibilities: - Tendering Process Focused
As a Senior Sales Advisor – Proposals, you will be responsible for
- Having an unwavering focus on risk and opportunity management throughout the project lifecycle, identifying risks and opportunities, developing mitigation strategies, and engaging with key stakeholders to ensure adequate management
- Leading tendering activities with support from Commercial Hubs and Functions, incorporating “Bid to Execute” project mobilization, contract negotiation and closure, and seamless launch of the main equipment project
- Leading deal dispositioning sessions and ensuring relevant lessons learned are captured and implemented into the business for continuous improvement and optimization of solutions and execution models
