Description

The Role

We’re looking for a sales professional with a strong track record of delivering top‑tier service and building meaningful, long‑term relationships high‑net‑worth clients. This will be a 12-month fixed‑term contract, covering a period of leave, with an opportunity to move into a permanent role at the end of the contract.

You’ll be fluent in Chinese (Mandarin)and fluency in Cantonese is a plus. You’ll also have strong English language skills, and bring credibility in working within a premium, relationship‑led sales environment. Experience in residential property sales with UHNW clients is ideal, though we also welcome candidates from other sectors selling high‑value products where trust, discretion, and professionalism are paramount. Such as fine jewellery, yachts, art, or comparable luxury markets.

Proactivity is essential. You’ll be someone who naturally builds rapport, earns trust, and approaches complex client relationships with care, integrity, and confidence. You’ll also be comfortable travelling regularly, both internationally and across London, acting as a true ambassador for the Mount Anvil brand.

You’ll join an experienced and supportive international sales team of four, led by our International Sales Director (Jane). From day one, you’ll be given the tools, insight, and support needed to succeed in the role. This is very much a collaborative environment - we win together.

You’ll need to be confident working closely with clients, agents, and colleagues, particularly in a demanding and evolving market. Strong interpersonal skills, sound judgement, and resilience are key to thriving in this role. You’ll be open to feedback and proactive about implementing learnings.

And the rewards? They’re real. Our commission structure is designed to reward performance, with a year‑one OTE that’s consistently and proven to be achievable by our team. Should the successful individual move into a permanent role, the earning potential remains strong and performance‑led.

At Mount Anvil, we don’t just sell homes, we offer the finest residences in London’s most desirable locations. With an outstanding reputation for quality and delivery, we continue to outperform the market even in challenging conditions.

This is a culture where you’ll be giving and getting feedback from day one, because we think it’s the fastest way to learn and to build trust. We want to be challenged by you, too – we hate unnecessary hierarchy and “my way or the highway” has no place here.

If you’re ready to bring your experience, professionalism, and drive to an international sales team that values excellence, we’d love to hear from you.

Mount Anvil

What we do: We’ve worked in partnership for 35 years to create outstanding places in London. We’re growing, with our construction turnover doubling, and with a pipeline of new projects where we’re raring to get started and make a difference.

Why we’re here: We’re here to pursue better, differently.

Better: One of The Sunday Times’ “100 Best Small Companies to Work For” for over a decade, winner of multiple Pride In The Job and WhatHouse awards for our people and the quality of our homes, and proud to have the nation’s best site in our ranks (winning the highest possible marks across the Considerate Constructors Scheme’s five areas – the first site ever to do so in 22 years of the CCS).

Differently: Our culture is unusual. Different means more transparent with information. More direct with feedback that helps us all grow. More rigorous about setting goals, then giving more freedom to go and achieve them. It’s definitely not for everyone. We don’t hire know-it-alls, we hire “learn-it-alls”. As our CEO, Killian, says: “We work hard to find people who thrive on context and responsibility, rather than rules and procedures. We then work like owner managers, not a leader and a load of helpers.”

Benefits:

Private medical insurance for you through Vitality (including discounts on spa breaks, cinema tickets and your food shopping, free Starbucks, 50% off Virgin Active Membership and more).

Income Protection Insurance to help you cope financially if you’re unable to work due to illness or injury, Life Assurance equivalent to four times your salary, 25 days annual leave & Bank Holidays, enhanced maternity and paternity leave and workplace nursery salary sacrifice, allowing you to save tax and NI on monthly nursery fees.

We think the best benefit of being here is the learning culture and the ability to make a real difference – we dislike hierarchy and politics, and “not my job” isn’t in our vernacular. Which means if you really care about raising the bar and really want to feel connected to the end product, as opposed to like a cog in a big machine, this could be the place for you to grow your career.
