This is a role for someone who not only excels in complex solution design but can also influence senior stakeholders, challenge requirements that compromise platform integrity, and shape the strategic direction of a multi-instance environment.
In this position, you’ll guide the evolution of Ricoh’s ServiceNow ecosystem, both internally and across customer-facing platforms, ensuring every solution strikes the right balance between business value, long-term maintainability, and enterprise architecture principles.

What you will be doing
- Lead and own end-to-end technical design for ServiceNow solutions, ensuring scalability, reusability, and alignment with enterprise architectural standards.
- Extensive enterprise-level ServiceNow development experience, including ownership of complex solution design and delivery.
