We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Developer to join a strong technical team focused on building and optimising modern backend systems within the Public Health industry, with AI playing a key role in accelerating development.
What We Are Looking For
Must Have Skills
- Very strong Python experience
- Hands on experience with AI augmented coding tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, Codex and similar tools
- Ability to use AI effectively to analyse and improve existing backends
- Understanding of the pros and cons of AI tooling and when not to rely on it
- Strong experience with DevOps practices
- Experience building and deploying your own pipelines
- Experience setting up infrastructure using Terraform
- Strong commitment to Test Driven Development
- Experience using Playwright for testing

- Django
- FastAPI
- SQL
- Java (not essential but a bonus)
