Senior Forward Deployed Engineer – Post-Sales (UK, Remote)
Are you a hands-on engineer who loves solving complex problems and seeing your work make a real impact? We’re looking for a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to join our fast-growing, Series D-funded tech company transforming the insurance industry with AI.
This is a fully remote role in the UK, where you’ll work directly with customers, help implement cutting-edge solutions, and optimize workflows that change how insurance gets done.
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with technical teams to implement and optimize our platform for enterprise customers
- Collaborate across functions to deliver a seamless, high-impact technical experience
- Lead technical analysis, design, testing, and post-implementation support
- Drive process improvements and automation to make systems smarter and faster
What We’re Looking For:
- 5–8+ years in software or systems engineering, technical product/program management
- Experience in customer-facing technical roles
- Strong problem-solving skills with complex systems
- Coding expertise in JavaScript, SQL and Python
- Ability to coordinate across multi-disciplinary teams
