We're looking for a Senior Strategy & Business Insights Manager to join our team in London on a permanent basis. The Senior Strategy & Business Insights Manager will ensure ICAEW stays ahead of the curve by turning external insight into strategy and action. They will directly deliver work that will contribute to ICAEW goals of maintaining relevance of the profession, building organisational reputation and supporting resilience of members.
The role will identify and interpret trends shaping our profession, market, and wider world, and translate them into clear choices for the Executive, informing strategy and the annual operational planning process.
The postholder has an important role in accelerating problem solving across the organisation.
Driving rapid, practical cross-functional sprints, delivering outputs that accelerate product innovation, decision-making, and organisational agility.
This role offers a salary of£83,500 - £100,000 per annum and a hybrid working pattern of 2 days in the office and 3 days from home each week.
