We are looking for an experienced RICS Chartered Surveyor to join our Commercial Property and Asset Management team based within our head office in London. The post holder will be responsible for the management of a key client portfolio and contribute to the growth of the firm’s Commercial Property and Asset Management team in Hertfordshire, while also helping to strength Carter Jonas’ profile within this market. What will it take to be successful?
You will be a Chartered Surveyor with post qualification experience within commercial property management with good knowledge of all the relevant legislation. You will be used to managing portfolios of property with the ability to respond effectively to client requests and needs. You will have strong client management and communication skills and will have the ability to drive business initiatives forward in a confident and personable manner. The role involves frequent travel across Hertfordshire therefore a valid driving license is required.
