About the role

As Senior Talent Acquisition Lead, you’ll own Ultralytics’ global hiring engine end-to-end — building strategy, systems, and an exceptional candidate experience that scales us from ~50 to 100+ employees across the UK, Spain, and China. This is a hands-on, high-ownership individual contributor role for someone who can operate at Series A/B speed while raising the bar on quality.

You’ll run full-cycle recruiting across technical and GTM roles, including ML, computer vision, and applied engineering teams shipping YOLO into production. You’ll partner tightly with founders and hiring managers to translate headcount plans into measurable pipelines, strong offers, and predictable hiring outcomes.

You’ll also be the “builder” behind our recruiting stack and process — from ATS workflows to sourcing strategy to analytics — ensuring we hire world-class talent while staying aligned with our Mission & Values.

What you'll do

Strategy & execution

• Own global hiring strategy across London, Madrid, and Shenzhen with clear quarterly goals and scorecards.
• Build scalable recruiting processes in Ashby and align onboarding handoffs in Rippling.
• Translate org plans into calibrated role kickoffs, interview plans, and hiring manager operating rhythms.
• Run compensation planning inputs (ranges, leveling, offers) with market data and internal consistency.

Sourcing & pipeline development

• Lead proactive sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, and community signals.

Candidate experience & closing

• Deliver a fast, respectful process with crisp communication, feedback loops, and strong closing motion.
• Lead offer strategy and negotiation while maintaining fairness, transparency, and speed.
• Partner with teams to improve interview quality, reduce bias, and increase signal-to-noise in hiring decisions.
• Track funnel metrics and iterate weekly to improve conversion, time-to-fill, and quality of hire.

Skills and experience

Core requirements

• 7+ years in full-cycle recruiting with Series A/B scale-up experience and high ownership for outcomes.
• Track record scaling a startup from ~50 to 100+ employees across multiple functions and geographies.
• Deep expertise with ATS administration, workflow design, and reporting (Ashby strongly preferred).

Nice to have

• Technical recruiting depth in ML/AI, computer vision, and applied research/engineering roles.
• Experience hiring for GTM orgs (Sales, Solutions, Customer Success, Partnerships) in developer-led products.
• Familiarity with OKR frameworks and operating cadences that drive measurable recruiting outcomes.
• Prior exposure to open-source or developer ecosystems (e.g., Ultralytics GitHub).
• Passion for what we build and how it’s used by teams worldwide in our Guides.
