We are supporting a privately owned group looking at a new Tax hire. This role will responsible for the end-to-end tax function. You will cover: corporate tax compliance, VAT, transfer pricing, advisory and, some deal work.
The role reports into the CFO and, requires an individual who will enjoy engaging with senior stakeholders across the business.
The role:
- Oversight of group tax compliance
- Transfer pricing
- Year end tax reporting oversight
- Support with tax risk and stay update of changing impacting the firm
- Lead the HMRC and external advisor relationship
- Partner with CFO and senior management to influence decisions from a tax perspective
This role would suit an AD/SM moving in-house for the first time or someone currently in-house looking for a step up.
