Description
We are seeking two dynamic and experienced Band 7 Theatre Scrub Nurses to lead our dedicated team in Orthopaedic and Robotic Theatres. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to step into a leadership role within a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
As a Team Leader, You Will
As a Team Leader, You Will
- Lead and manage a team of scrub nurses and support staff in orthopaedic and emergency surgical theatres.
- Ensure safe, effective, and high-quality perioperative care.
- Support the Theatre Matron and contribute to service development and clinical governance.
- Act as a role model, promoting best practice and professional standards.
- Coordinate staffing, training, and development within the team.
- NMC Registered Nurse (Adult) or HCPC Registered ODP.
- Significant scrub experience in orthopaedic and/or emergency surgery.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and decision-making abilities.
- Passion for patient safety, innovation, and continuous improvement.
