Key Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver a varied portfolio of planning projects across rural and mixed-use developments.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and service delivery.
- Oversee budgets, project coordination, and timelines to ensure successful outcomes.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to company growth.
- Provide strategic planning advice and support across multiple disciplines.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver integrated solutions.
What You’ll Bring
- Chartered Planner (MRTPI) or equivalent professional qualification.
- 5+ years of post-qualification planning experience.
- Proven success in business development and project delivery.
- Strong presentation, analytical, and client management skills.
- Commercially minded, flexible, and proactive approach.
- Understanding of rural planning issues (beneficial, not essential).
