Lead, Inspire And Shape The Future Of Our Practice
We’re looking for a confident Senior Vet who is ready to help shape the clinical direction of our practice. In this leadership role, you’ll mentor and guide the team, drive positive change, implement new processes, and uphold high clinical standards.
You’ll also collaborate closely with other IVC practices across the region, enabling us to expand our services and further develop the clinical interests of our vets.

Whatever your ambitions and interests, we’re committed to supporting you in building the caseload that suits your professional goals. While we predominantly see routine procedures, we have experience managing a wide range of cases, including more advanced surgeries, and we’re happy to support an interest in orthopaedics.
Our practice is well-equipped, including in-house Idexx biochemistry, haematology and SNAP testing, multiparameter anaesthetic monitoring, DR digital X-ray, ultrasound scanner, laser therapy, and more.
With CPD available through IVC training centres, we are keen to invest in your development and support you in pursuing further certificates or areas of special interest.
Find A Rota Pattern To Suit You
We're ideally looking for a Lead Vet to join us on a full-time basis, 40 hours per week, however are keen to speak if you're looking for part time or flexible hours, this could be school hours, 3 days per week or a rota to suit your commitments outside of work.
We have a second site in Yeovil, offering the opportunity to split your time between two practices if that appeals to you. As
we continue to grow our team, there will be some sole charge responsibilities involved.
