Known internally as Workday Enterprise Systems Manager, we’re looking for someone passionate about delivering value through cutting edge enterprise technology and eager to advance their career in a supportive, forward thinking environment.
This role does not involve managing a team. Instead, it involves technical leadership.
You will take ownership of Workday platforms and shape its future, whilst delivering real impact, leading innovation and transforming how our organisation works.
You'll also have the opportunity to build custom applications and create impactful proofs of concept (PoCs) that drive real innovation across the business whilst also having the opportunity to focus on innovation, including development of automation and AI, which is key to this role.
Your will be offered the chance to provide technical leadership while mentoring a growing team of developers, reporting into the Senior Solution Architect, and receiving structured development to eventually step into team management responsibilities. It’s an opportunity to take ownership of Workday platforms and shape its future, whilst delivering real impact, leading innovation and transforming how our organisation works.
