Service Centre Specialist – 15 months FTC

In this role you will provide excellent service to all Dentsply Sirona customers from UKI.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for incoming customer calls
• Monitoring and processing of spare part order and inquiries from her personal and the UK Services shared mailbox
• Arranging collection of faulty equipment
• Generation of cases/tickets in the DS complaint handling systems

Generation of both dealer and end-user repair quotes within defined SLAs

Pack and dispatch of loaners and repaired customer equipments

Pick, pack and dispatch spare part orders

Invoicing of repairs and spare part orders

Develop an excellent understanding of Dentsply Sirona products and services

Work within Service levels and highlight concerns

To perform decontamination of units coming into the Service Centre

Profile requested

• Experience of and ability to demonstrate good customer service both verbally and written
• Educated to GCSE Level
• Good organisational ability, problem solving skills, scheduling and prioritising
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment with challenging customers
• IT skills (MS Office, CRM, ERP)
