Our IT Service Desk is the 1st point of contact for our thriving range of products and customers. Our Service Desk Team strive for excellence by providing technical support including installation, troubleshooting, ticket logging and resolution where possible. We are on hand to ensure our customers are receiving the best possible care and that products and systems are performing.
Overall, our service desk analysts are the focal point of our managed services team providing first class support to our customers ensuring they are leveraging the benefits of their technology investment.
"This role follows a shift work pattern of 4 days on, 4 days off, with shifts running from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and 7:00PM to 7:00AM.
Security Clearance: You must be eligible to obtain SC Clearance, which requires having resided in the UK continuously for the past 5 years.
