This is a full-time hybrid role for a Service Engineer based in Runcorn, Cheshire, with the flexibility to work from home as necessary. The Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, performing field service visits, providing technical support, and conducting maintenance and repair of equipment. The role also includes working closely with clients to ensure operational excellence, safety, and reliable engineering solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in field service and maintenance & repair of technical equipment
- Proficiency in providing technical support and addressing customer concerns
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client and team interaction
- Knowledge of industrial automation and process industries such as pharmaceuticals, oil & gas, or renewables is an advantage
- Relevant engineering qualifications or certifications
- Flexibility to work across customer sites and from home as needed
